First and foremost, clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned art for Non-Fungible tokens(N.F.Ts) or AI training or use in any AI. Use of my art for anything associated with non-fungible tokens(N.F.Ts) or cryptocurrency and AI is strictly prohibited.

General Terms

  • You are only purchasing the digital file only, not printed art.

  • All artwork may include a subtle sign that you may not remove.

  • The artwork process may be streamed live on twitch.

  • Prices are subject to change based on demand.

  • I have the right to reject any commission for any reason.

Timeframes and Working Speed

I do not freelance as an artist full time. I work evenings and weekends around my job and family.

  • Commissions can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months to complete.

  • Time for completion will depend on the size and complexity of the commissioned piece.

  • Artwork is prioritized by order of payment according to my waitlist.

  • If you have a deadline please let me know beforehand.

Ordering and Payment

  • Orders are collected via Google forms. If you are an Agency or Company please contact me via email.

  • All prices and invoices are in Pound Sterling (GBP). To see this in your local currency please use a Currency Converter

  • Payments are invoiced and can be paid through PayPal or Stripe. Please let me know beforehand.

  • Commissions must be paid upfront. Larger payments can be split half upfront and half on completion. You will not receive the finished file until full payment has been made.

  • Don't send any payments before you have been invoiced.

Copyright / Usage Policy

I, the artist:

  • I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.

  • I will not claim the intellectual property of the commissioned artwork.

  • I will not profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the client) break any of these terms.

  • I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as artbooks.

You, the client:

  • You may upload the commissioned artwork to any personal website and/or social media.

  • You will not make profits from the commissioned artwork (reselling, redistributing, uploading to Print-on-Demand services, make prints, etc.)

  • You will not alter the commissioned artworkin any way without my (the artist's) permission. This includes but is not limited to inserting the artwork into AI generators.

  • You retain any rights to the intellectual property.

  • You will not use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.

The following is considered copyright infringement:

  • Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.

  • Claiming the artwork as your own.

  • Altering the artwork without permission.

Commercial Usage

Personal

Use of art for non-monetized purposes.

(eg. Icon or profile picture, header, forum signature, not-for-sale merch to put in your home.)

Streaming Assets

Use of art on monetized sites and content such as Twitch, Youtube and any other websites.

*(eg. emotes, subbadges, overlays and screens, panel images, alerts etc.

Merchandise

Use of art to sell physical or digital goods.

(eg. Prints, stickers, keychains, shirts, etc.)

  • Unless otherwise stated commissions are for personal use only.

  • If you are wanting to commission art for commercial use a one time commercial usage fee will apply. See price listing for more info.

  • In some cases a smaller commercial fee is included in the base price of certain artwork (Twitch Emotes/VTuber Models etc) and will be stated beforehand. This fee is only for use with monetised/streaming platforms and are not to be used for Merchandise/reselling etc.

A commercial usage fee applies to the following:

  • You are making profits from the commissioned artwork (e.g. reselling, redistributing, uploading to Print-on-Demand services, making prints and/or merchandise etc.)

  • Usage for YouTube/Twitch and other streaming/monetised platforms (e.g. Emotes, Sub Badges and any other channel art that contributes to your brand etc.)

  • Vtuber Models and any accompanying promotional artwork.

If you are in anyway unsure of where your commission falls please feel free to email me beforehand.

Revisions

  • You will be asked for feedback at various stages of the commission process (sketch/lineart/colour etc). You are entitled to up to 2 revisions per stage for free.

  • If you wish for me to change something in the drawing you have previously approved, I will charge you a fee to change it. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want to make and how long it takes. It is roughly based on an hourly wage (as of April 2024 this is £12/hr)

  • If you want something changed after you have been sent the final drawing a fee will be charged dependant on the work needed.

  • If your reference is unclear to start with, changes will come at an extra charge.

Refund / Cancellation Policy

  • The client is not allowed a full refund once I have started working on the commission.

  • If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.

  • If you cancel your commission before I have started, you will receive a full refund.

  • If I have started the commission (sketch/lineart or further) and you wish to cancel, only a partial refund will be issued depending on the progress of the commission.

  • If you are getting a refund, DO NOT request a PayPal charge-back. I will transfer the money back to you myself.

  • If you request a PayPal charge-back at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have full rights to use it in any way. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again.
